Privacy and your information

What we record

We use your email for sign-in and contact. Chart information includes an alias, birth date, time, city and sex required for chart calculation. Service records include questions, quotes, agreement, reports, feedback, messages and payment or refund records. An alias is sufficient. Obtain permission before submitting another person’s information.

Two ways to apply

The public application form prepares a message on your device. We receive it when you send it in your email or messaging app. Information saved or submitted after signing in to My services is stored in the account database. These are different submission routes.

Who processes information

Netlify hosts the account service and database. Alibaba Cloud sends sign-in codes without charts or reports. Email, WhatsApp, LINE, X, Instagram, Threads, Facebook and Google Forms also process information when you use them. Third-party assistance may be used for research and drafting, with only necessary information, an alias rather than a name, and no contact details. These services may process information across borders.

Aliases and access

An alias does not make information fully anonymous. Accounts link email, charts and commissions; deleting one contact field may leave other links. Private records are accessible to the client and administrators handling the service. Administrator access requires a second verification step, and contact-detail access is logged.

Retention, deletion and backups

We retain information for the agreed service purpose and period. Existing free-service 90-day deletion choices and deletion of paid-service contact details within 90 days after the service ends remain in effect. Unlinked charts can be deleted in your account. For reports, payment or feedback-linked information, request deletion so we can review related records and explain the outcome. Necessary transaction or dispute records may require legal retention. An alias is not a reason for indefinite retention.

Older backup versions do not disappear immediately when a live record is deleted. We will explain applicable backup retention and expiry when handling a request. Approved deletions must be reapplied after recovery. We cannot delete copies held by messaging platforms or on clients’ devices.

Delivery and publication

Select either email or WhatsApp for daily reminders, or stop them. Sign-in codes are separate. Registration and trials do not create an automatic charge; continued service requires agreement. Publishing a client case or feedback requires separate permission. Free service does not depend on sharing, a positive review or a purchase.

Contact and your choices

Use My services or contact hello@verifate.net from your verified email for access, export, correction, stopping reminders or deletion. We do not ask for email codes, authenticator codes or passwords when checking your identity.
