This is a separately quoted paid service, not automatically included in either personal tier. We agree names, people, method, deliverables, fees and timing in writing. Full birth details are not needed in the first enquiry.

The first tier sets out the next 12 months month by month, then the overall direction of the two years following the end of those 12 months. The second tier adds analysis of the current and next major luck period, plus written follow-up for 12 months after the report is delivered.

The first tier does not include long-term follow-up after delivery; it covers one clarification, correction of errors, and answers within the scope of the original questions about the report itself. The start and end Gregorian dates of each period are set out clearly before a formal engagement.

Company-name and personal BaZi analysis is also available as a separately quoted service. It is not automatically included in either personal tier.
Company-name analysis

After receiving your details, we will reply about the queue (usually a confirmation within two working days). The exact delivery time of the report follows our current schedule stated in our reply. No more than ten readings are delivered in total per day.

Before work begins, we confirm delivery and all covered dates in writing according to the actual schedule. The monthly part follows twelve month-opening solar terms (Jie); dates for the following two annual periods are listed separately.

Write “unknown” or give the time range you remember. We establish which BaZi pillars can be determined and retain alternatives near solar-term or day boundaries. We do not guess an hour or offer a complete fixed Zi Wei chart before the hour is established. See what remains possible and uncertain.

No real name is needed; a nickname is enough.

You may send feedback or questions about your free reading; replies follow arrival order. Option 1 includes five questions and one clarification. Option 2 adds twelve months of follow-up; see the service details.

For general enquiries and free applications, we usually reply with queue information within two working days. The 24-hour initial reply applies to questions during an active Option 2 service period.

Choose Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese or Korean. Non-Chinese versions are translated from the Chinese draft, with the original terms included.

Charts are calculated by software; each reading is written individually and checked section by section before delivery.

The site also has readings about the I Ching and star-based classics; written chart readings use only BaZi and Zi Wei Dou Shu.

Drafting uses birth details and chart data, identified only by a code, without real names or contact details; the drafting tool is a third-party service that processes this information.

You may apply for a family member, partner or friend. The reading covers the chart itself; it does not determine that person’s private thoughts or affairs for you.

For free readings, contact details are kept so you can ask follow-up questions; tick the box when applying, or write to us after delivery, if you want them deleted within 90 days. For the paid service they are deleted within 90 days after the one-year service ends. Birth details are kept under a code for retrospective comparison.

Yes. Reply in the original conversation and we will confirm the starting Jie in writing.

Enquire → receive the price, scope and delivery date in writing → reply to confirm before writing begins → receive the agreed documents → pay within seven days, or explain why you choose not to pay under the agreement. The latter is an agreed waiver, not a debt. Available payment methods and the recipient’s name are stated in the quote. If you explain why you choose not to pay, follow-up questions remain included under the agreed waiver. If you neither pay nor explain, and do not reply after one reminder following the due date, subsequent questions will not be handled.
