How account information is used

What we record

Email is used to verify your account, sign in and send service notices. Chart information includes your reference name, Gregorian birth date, local clock time, birth city and the sex information needed for chart calculation; an uncertain time may be left blank. Commission records include questions, quotes, accepted scope, report versions, messages, replies, feedback and manually verified receipt or refund records. Customers can view transaction amounts and dates. Evidence references are for staff checks only; we do not collect full bank card details. To identify active accounts, we record the most recent successful sign-in or use of private services, updating approximately every 15 minutes. This does not indicate that someone is online now.

Obtain permission before submitting another person's information. Do not submit identity document numbers, bank card numbers, medical records or unrelated private information.

When requesting further research, you may link your own original commission with a delivered report so its scope and delivery records can be reviewed. The new commission requires separate confirmation. Existing questions and follow-up continue under the original agreement. Sharing buttons use only public sample links and do not automatically publish private information or reports.

Who can view it

Sign-in is required to view your private information, enquiries, reports and feedback. Authorized staff responsible for research and delivery may access relevant records to handle the commission. Staff access requires a second verification factor and records their actions.

Netlify hosts account and service records. Alibaba Cloud sends sign-in codes without birth details or report content. Sign in to read questions and replies. Public articles and samples need no sign-in.

Changes, versions and deletion

You can edit chart information in its details view. Orders retain the information snapshot from the enquiry so later edits do not confuse the basis of an earlier report. Contact staff if a change affects ongoing work.

Information not linked to a commission can be deleted after confirmation in its details view. For information linked to orders, reports or feedback, a deletion request is recorded for staff to review the associated snapshots and records. A notice that a request was recorded does not mean deletion is complete. Any unfinished work, necessary order records or backup handling will be explained, including the scope of processing and any information that still needs to be retained.

Report corrections and later feedback are appended as new versions; the original is not overwritten to make a judgment appear correct. Version retention does not replace the handling of deletion requests.

Notices, sharing and choices

Your delivery choices, language, time zone, time and consent or stop history are recorded to arrange service reminders and track changes. You may stop daily reminders at any time; sign-in codes requested by you are unaffected. Your data export includes these choices and their history.

Registration does not automatically subscribe you to marketing or create a charge. Publishing your case, feedback, chart or dated prediction card requires separate consent. Free service is not conditional on sharing, a positive review or a purchase.

After sign-in, My services lets you download a copy of your chart information, enquiries, report versions, feedback and other records. The copy contains private information; keep it secure. For questions or deletion of an account and linked records, contact us from your verified email at hello@verifate.net. Staff will verify your identity and will not ask you to send a sign-in code.
